Moria Camp

Podcast Academy Episode 4: "The Humans of Moria" Founder

Kiki a.k.a. “Captain Alpha” was already familiar with life as a refugee when he arrived to Moria Camp in October of 2019. Long before his journey took him to Greece he had fled from his native Burundi to seek shelter in Rwanda.

One year ago Kiki started @the_humans_of_moria Instagram account to help asylum seekers on the Greek isle of Lesvos share their stories, their conditions, and their ordeals with the outside world. But now, for his first podcast episode, it’s Captain Alpha’s turn to tell his own story.
